Eagle Hospital Physicians LLC (“Eagle”) is a Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA-based physician practice management company, providing hospitalists contract services, telemedicine, and hospitalist temporary staffing to hospitals mainly in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. The company works with hundreds of hospitalists and through its physician leadership focuses on clinical innovation, advanced analytics and quality improvement. SOLIC implemented a debt to equity conversion, providing necessary new equity designed to accelerate Eagle’s growth by continuing to deliver cutting edge hospitalist services in alignment with the needs of hospital customers, while ensuring the highest quality patient care. SOLIC professionals currently serve as Executive Chairman of the Board, COO, and CFO, and are responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive operational and capital structuring improvement plans, refining its strategy and optimally positioning the Company within its rapidly transforming market sector.
