Jeremy Stillings is a Managing Director with SOLIC and specializes in operational and organizational reviews focused on repositioning and value creation for clients. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous high profile M&A and restructuring matters across a broad range of industries.
Recent engagements with SOLIC have included oversighting the review of over 500 leases and franchise agreements in connection with the restructuring and subsequent sale of the largest franchisee of Jiffy Lube stores, as well as a restructuring and rescue financing for a large scale home health and hospice operator.
Prior to joining SOLIC, Mr. Stillings practiced for 13 years as an attorney dedicated to complex restructurings at Jenner & Block LLP, Winston & Strawn LLP, and Proskauer Rose LLP. His legal experience included representing debtors, creditors, equity holders and other stakeholders in all elements of corporate restructurings, including chapter 11 cases. Mr. Stillings legal experience was across a variety of industries and typically focused on portfolio companies of private equity firms.
Mr. Stillings holds an undergraduate business degree from Tulane University and a law degree from the University of Texas.
