Edward R. Casas has over 25 years of experience in leadership positions in mergers & acquisitions, operational turnarounds, crisis management, distressed financial advisory and corporate fiduciary roles, and has been nationally recognized for Executive Chairman leadership roles for multiple successful “grave-to-cradle” rehabilitations. He has been elected to the boards of numerous public and private companies and has been consistently ranked as “Top Investment Banker” in the distressed market sector by The Deal. In his prior roles as Head of Navigant Capital Advisors, the financial advisory business segment of Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE:NCI), and founder and managing member of Casas, Benjamin & White, LLC, a boutique financial advisory, investment banking, and principal investment firm, Mr. Casas led the origination and oversight of over 575 mandates involving operating rehabilitations, capital restructuring and value realizing events across a wide array of industry sectors. He is also a decorated Desert Shield / Desert Storm Veteran. Mr. Casas is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Medical School and Kellogg Graduate School of Management where he concurrently earned his Doctor of Medicine, Master of Management, and Master of Public Health degrees. Mr. Casas is a FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licensed registered securities principal. He also holds an AIRA certification as a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor.
