George Koutsonicolis is a Senior Managing Director with SOLIC Capital Advisors and specializes in capital restructuring, operational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising initiatives on behalf of the firm’s clients. Mr. Koutsonicolis possesses extensive experience in a variety of industries. 

Mr. Koutsonicolis brings extensive cross-sector advisory experience spanning industrials and manufacturing, energy and infrastructure, retail and consumer products, healthcare, financial services, and media and entertainment. Throughout his career, he has led complex capital restructuring, financial advisory, and M&A engagements for both public and private companies, including a leading global developer and manufacturer of proprietary, highly engineered products for infrastructure end-markets, Bosque Power, a sponsor backed merchant power generation company, one of the largest private label manufacturers of vitamins, minerals, and nutritional supplements, a U.S.-based specialty metals distributor to the aerospace and airline sectors, Hooters of America, a leading casual dining and restaurant franchising platform, Village Roadshow Entertainment Group, a film and entertainment platform, and View, Inc., a publicly traded, cleantech manufacturer of Smart Windows for the CRE, multifamily and infrastructure end markets.
