Kim J. Brady serves as Emeritus Senior Advisor. With over 20 years of professional experience, including 15 years of managing distressed and special situations, Mr. Brady excels at planning and executing complex in-court and out-of-court capital restructuring solutions, negotiating and integrating acquisitions, and developing operating rehabilitation plans for underperforming companies and driving accelerated performance improvements.
Prior to joining SOLIC, Mr. Brady was a Managing Director at Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC, and has deep domain experience in the industrials, basic manufacturing, healthcare services, business services, consumer products, energy services, and real estate industries.
Mr. Brady received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Marriott School of the Brigham Young University and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Mr. Brady is FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licensed, and holds an AIRA certification as a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor, and is Certified in Distressed Business Valuation (CDBV).
