Matthew E. Rubin

Matthew E. Rubin has 18 years of professional experience, including 14 years of managing distressed situations, developing restructuring initiatives to improve operations, profitability, and liquidity, performing analyses leading to capital restructurings, preparation of liquidity forecasts, financial projections and business plans, and the disposition of assets. Prior to joining SOLIC, he was a Managing Director at Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC and led restructuring mandates in a number of industries including financial services, real estate, healthcare, and business services industries. Mr. Rubin received his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Kansas and his MBA from DePaul Kellstadt School of Business. He is FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 licensed, holds an AIRA certification as a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor, is Certified in Distressed Business Valuation (CDBV), and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
