Meg Finnegan

Meg Finnegan is a Director with SOLIC and specializes in Human Resources Management. Her areas of expertise include downsizing and restructuring, regulatory compliance, employment litigation, recruiting, training, employee benefits and HR operations.

Meg has most recently overseen the full cycle HR function during the sale and wind-down of (i) ANC Healthcare, Inc. (formerly known as Mission Health System) in Asheville, NC, (ii) SMHA Healthcare, Inc. (formerly known as Memorial University Medical Center) in Savannah, GA, (iii) Louisiana Medical Center and Heart Hospital in Lacombe, LA, (iv) New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC, (v) Unipharma in Tamarac, FL, and (vi) Dimensional Dental in Florham Park, NJ. Her responsibilities included oversight of vendor negotiations, self-insured medical plans, employee transition plan development and execution, final payroll processes, pending employment litigation, defined contribution, defined benefit, deferred compensation plan terminations, distribution of funds, coordination of final benefit plan tax filings, mailings, and overall compliance.

Ms. Finnegan has also served in the lead HR role in multiple organizations. Prior to joining SCA, Meg was HR Director for Home Lending Source, a national mortgage lender with branches in fifteen states. Previously, she served as Vice President of HR for BMJ Medical Management, Inc, a $140 million publicly traded physician practice management company. She also served as Benefits Manager at InPhyNet Medical Management, Inc, a $350 million publicly traded medical management organization. With over twenty-five years of progressive experience in HR operations, Ms. Finnegan is well versed in all areas of human resources management.

Ms. Finnegan received her MBA from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelors in Business Management and Organization from the University of Miami. She also holds a Florida Life, Health and Variable Annuity License.
