Meg Finnegan serves as Managing Director and specializes in strategic Human Resources Management. With over 25 years of progressive experience in HR operations, her areas of expertise include downsizing and restructuring, regulatory compliance, employment litigation, recruiting, training, and employee benefits.
Ms. Finnegan has overseen the full cycle HR function during the sale and wind-down of numerous healthcare providers including vendor negotiations, self insured medical plans, staff release, final payroll processes, pending employment litigation, defined contribution, defined benefit, deferred compensation plan terminations, distribution of funds, coordination of final benefit plan tax fillings, mailings and overall compliance. Recent engagements include: ANC Healthcare, Inc. (formerly known as Mission Health System) in Asheville, NC; SMHA Healthcare, Inc. (formerly known as Memorial University Medical Center) in Savannah, GA; and, Louisiana Medical Center and Heart Hospital in Lacombe, LA.
Ms. Finnegan has also served in the lead human resource role in other industry sectors, most recently as Human Resources Director for Home Lending Source, a national mortgage lender with branches in fifteen states. Previously, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for BMJ Medical Management, Inc, a $140 million publicly traded physician practice management company, and also served as Benefits Manager at InPhyNet Medical Management, Inc, a $350 million publicly traded medical management organization.
Ms. Finnegan received her Masters of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelors in Business Management and Organization from the University of Miami. She also holds a Florida Life, Health and Variable Annuity License.
