Greg Kilfoy serves as Managing Director of Restructuring Services. Mr. Kilfoy has over 25 years of experience serving in CFO, financial reporting, treasury, and financial advisory roles for domestic and international operations throughout North America within the retail, manufacturing and distribution, automotive and energy industry sectors. He also has a long history in farming and livestock production; serving as an active industry advisor in technology-enabled livestock production, by-product and waste management; he excels at leveraging financial and operating metrics to drive business improvement and efficiency. He specializes in financial and operational review and assessments, ensuring strategy and execution align with objectives, as well as identification and implementation of performance improvement initiatives to optimize positioning for value realization.
Prior to joining SOLIC, Mr. Kilfoy most recently served as Board Chairman and Vice President of Finance for Jiffy Lube International, Inc. He also led the finance organization for three multi-billion-dollar brands: Jiffy Lube International; Pennzoil Quaker State; and Shell Oil’s U.S. based Retail Fuel Operations.
Mr. Kilfoy received a Masters of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas (TX) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University.
