Reid Snellenbarger serves as a Senior Managing Director with SOLIC Capital Advisors where he focuses on providing capital structure solutions and related investment banking services to companies and creditors in a variety of industries. His experience includes resolving complex needs of clients via liability management, capital raisings, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings.

Mr. Snellenbarger’s client base has comprised companies, financial sponsors, senior lenders, hedge funds and other parties-in-interest with an emphasis on stressed and distressed situations. Industries covered include automotive, other industrials, hospitality, real estate, building products, business services, and financial services.

Prior to SOLIC, Mr. Snellenbarger was the Co-Head of Restructuring for North America at Lazard. He also held the position of Managing Director, Capital Raise Advisory, Restructuring, and Liability Management at Houlihan Lokey. As a senior member of the world’s largest restructuring practice, he was responsible for over $100 billion in aggregate restructuring and M&A transactions. He began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP as Vice President of Capital Raising and Restructuring.

Mr. Snellenbarger received his Bachelor of Science in Finance (with honors) from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. He is FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 licensed and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He has previously served as a Board Member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois.
