Mary Missbach Dressler serves as Managing Director, providing detailed financial analysis, drafting of solicitation materials, financial and transaction due diligence, and operational support and execution for clients across a variety of industries. Ms. Dressler has over 15 years of experience specializing in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, management buyouts and recapitalizations for corporate clients and private equity investors. Her transaction advisory experience involves both growth oriented and distressed companies through sell-side representations, buy-side management, corporate restructurings and the placement of capital. Ms. Dressler has extensive transaction experience in industries including healthcare, real estate, energy, professional services, and retail.

Prior to joining SOLIC, Ms. Dressler was an Associate at Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC, the corporate finance arm of Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE:NCI) where she focused on the private placement of equity and debt and merger and acquisition advisory services. Prior to Navigant Capital Advisors, Ms. Dressler was an Analyst for Total Technology Ventures (TTV), an Atlanta-based venture capital firm. While at TTV, Ms. Dressler evaluated potential investment opportunities, managed the due diligence process, including analyzing company financials, reviewing market and competitive information, and drafting detailed investment memorandums.

Ms. Dressler received her Masters of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN. Ms. Dressler is FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licensed, holds the AIRA Certification in Distressed Business Valuation, and is a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor. Ms. Dressler is a three-time All American in tennis, inductee to the Athletics Hall of Fame at the University of the South and Marist High School, and a competitive runner, completing 19 marathons to date and recently running across the Grand Canyon.
