Randy Chalker is a Managing Director at SOLIC Capital Advisors with over 25 years of experience in operational and financial restructuring, investment banking and principal investing, sales and trading, cryptocurrency and entrepreneurship. Mr. Chalker has a breadth of experience in a wide variety of industries and specializes in manufacturing, direct to consumer and business services.

Mr. Chalker has worked with Woodlawn Partners, a Chicago-based independent sponsor focused on middle market buyouts. Prior to his work at Woodlawn, Mr. Chalker worked in NYC for both Goldman Sachs and BNP Paribas where he ran sales teams in a variety of fixed income products including credit derivatives and corporate bonds. In addition to his institutional experience, Mr. Chalker’s entrepreneurial background includes having served as the owner and CEO of US Glove, a NM based direct to consumer business. He serves on the board of directors for Busby Cabinets, a custom design and manufacturing cabinet shop in central Florida. He is a board member and venture investor for Link OT LLC a consultancy focused on Neurodiversity in the workplace. He began his career with Casas, Benjamin and White LLC working in a multitude of capacities including M&A, restructuring and capital raises.

Mr. Chalker received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Previously Mr. Chalker was a FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licensee.
